Shipping: Minimum order $10.00. All shipping rates are weight based. Our shopping cart system automatically calculates your shipping charges at time of checkout.
Packaging: All orders are shipped discreetly. The only information printed on the boxes is the ESE and a return address and your "mail to" address.
Whenever possible, shipping is via the USPS and UPS, utilizing a computerized tracking system. Since not all carriers deliver to PO Boxes, we must have both your street and postal address. Please be sure to include a phone number where you may be reached in case there is a question regarding your order.
Delivery Time: Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time after your order has been processed.
International Orders: Can take slightly longer, up to 6-10 weeks. Special arrangements can be made for UPS or Global Priority for International or Canadian Orders.
Exchanges & Refunds: Returns are made at the discretion of the customer (not as a result of our error) and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do NOT refund shipping fees, you must pay to ship items back. Custom made products, IE Gold Jewelry has a 25% restocking fee.
